Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Animal Care of Oradell, a small privately owned veterinary clinic in Oradell, NJ, is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team of animal care professionals!

As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, our CSRs play a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience for both pets and the people who love them. Primary Responsibilities

Training is available for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude!

After training, primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Checking clients in and out while processing payments accurately
• Managing multiple phone lines and handling client questions
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records
• Communicating clearly with Veterinarians, Technicians, and fellow team members
• Assisting with prescription requests and general client follow-up
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Providing exceptional customer service during every interaction

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is strongly preferred
• Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
• A positive attitude and genuine love for animals and people!

Our hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8AM–6PM.
