PAYMENT OPTIONS

At Animal Care of Oradell, we are committed to providing the highest quality of medical care using the most advanced techniques and technologies available. To ensure this, we respectfully request that all payments due be made at the time services are provided. This allows us to focus 100% of our efforts on delivering the absolute highest degree of patient care and client service.

Additionally, for all new clients, we require a deposit be placed in order to hold your pet’s first
appointment. The deposit is equal to the cost of the exam and will be applied at the time of the visit.
Deposits are refundable provided the appointment is canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours or appointment no-shows will render the deposit non-refundable.
For your convenience, we offer a variety of different payment options, including cash, debit card, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note – all credit and debit card payments must be signed for by the cardholder, and credit card payments will include an additional 2% processing fee. Personal checks are accepted for existing clients but will not be accepted for first-time client deposits.

We also offer CareCredit as a way to finance your pet’s medical care costs. CareCredit offers no up-front costs, low monthly payment options, and no prepayment penalties. CareCredit can be used to pay for any or all of your pet’s veterinary services, from routine care to emergency visits.

Highlights of the CareCredit program include:

● 3% of the total balance when used at ACO
● Interest-free payments spread out over a specified period of months
● No annual fee

While we are unable to provide payment plans directly, we do work with a third-party payment plan
company called Scratchpay, which allows you to spread payments out over 5, 12 or 24 months.
